Can I request something I don't see in store?

Hell yes. If you’re looking for something specific, we’ll do everything we can to track it down for you. Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean we can’t get it. Give us a call or stop by the store, we are always happy to help!

What info do you need for a special order?

The more details, the better. If you found it online, tell us the name of the item, the brand or manufacturer, the item number or UPC code (if you have it), and the website where you saw it. The more specific you are, the faster we can find it for you.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For some high-end items (we’re talkin’ over $100), we may request a deposit before we place the order. We'll always let you know up front.

How long do special orders take?

It depends. Lingerie can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, while adult items and shoes usually take about 2. We’ll be able to give you a more accurate estimate once we locate the item.

Is there anything I can't order?

Sometimes, yes. A lot of companies (like Bad Dragon and certain China-based shops) only sell directly to customers. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know, and we’ll do our best to find something similar that is available through our suppliers.

How will I know when my order is ready?

Once your item is delivered to the shop, we’ll give you a call to come and pick it up. Then it’s all yours. 💋
